		A YOUTH & FAMILY TRIATHLON BENEFITING THE KIWANIS CLUB OF INDIANAPOLIS’ SUPPORT OF FOSTER CARE PROGRAMS IN INDIANAPOLIS
	The Kiwanis Club of Indianapolis’ Fostering Families’ Fitness Kid Triathlon brings Indianapolis youths and their families together for a fitness event that will promote families, fun, and fitness. The event exposure is intended to raise community awareness of the needs of families with foster children, the need for youth and family fitness, and the community support for kids and families from organizations like Kiwanis and partner organizations. The Fostering Families Fitness Kid Triathlon was held at the Fort Harrison YMCA on June 20, 2010. Funds raised from this event has gone to the Kiwanis Foundation for their many projects and programs in the Indianapolis area that support foster children and their caregivers.
